Free parking
There are over 300 parking bays at Cascades, of which 12 are for Mom’s & Tots and 12 are for our disabled customers. For easy Mom’s & Tots Parking, please get your free parking permit from Centre Management. All you need is your ID, your child’s DOB, and your vehicle registration number. You can complete the application form online here
Wheelchair friendly
The centre is fully accessible via wheelchair. We have disabled parking bays, ramps and wheelchair-friendly restrooms.
Free Wi-Fi 24/7
There is free Wi-Fi throughout the centre. To access it, go to your Wi-Fi settings on your mobile device and look for ‘CASCADE_FREE_WIFI’. If your browser does not open automatically, please do so manually. You’ll then need to complete a registration form. After completion you’ll be able to access our Wi-Fi.
Baby Change Rooms
We have special rooms for parents and caregivers to change their babies. These are located near the restrooms.
Restrooms
We offer two sets of bathrooms for men and women, as well as baby changing rooms. All our bathrooms are wheelchair-friendly ablutions.
Security
Our security team are on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They patrol all parking areas as well as inside the centre, ensuring your visit to Cascades is as peaceful as possible.
ATMs
We have ABSA, First National Bank, Nedbank and Standard Bank ATMs inside the centre.
