Permit must be displayed at all times

Lost permits will incur a R200 fine, and require reapplication

Valid for children aged 0 to 3 years ONLY

Valid for all vehicle reg. numbers on this application

Expired permits must be returned to Centre Management

A vehicle parked in a designated Moms & Tots Parking with an expired permit will incur a R500 fine
