The aQuelle Midmar Mile, the world’s largest open water swim, takes place on 8 – 9 February 2020 at Midmar Dam in Howick.

Register for the 2020 aQuelle Midmar Mile at Cascades Lifestyle Centre.

  • Date: 5 – 7 February 2020
  • Time: 10am – 5pm daily
  • Location: On the Piazza

At registration, entrants will receive:

  • Timing chip and bar-coded tag
  • Swimming cap corresponding to their batch colour
  • First 100 participants to register each day will receive a FREE R50 Cascades Gift Card!
